Mountain bike workout preview . . .

Tomorrow early am, hitting the trails for some VO2 Max efforts. Thought I would share with you how I'll be spending my Wednesday morning.

Workout plan straight from the coach . . .


Wu 30-45min (Building Zone 1-3)
Perform a couple of sprint pick-ups (10-15sec) with complete recovery
3x3min (VO2 Max effort) on a 6-8% grade with 3-4min recovery (repeat the same hill)
CD 20min of easy spinning (Zone 1-2)
Drop the hammer - This will hurt! (Remember HR will take a little while to reflect the effort)


Yay should be fun . . . Luckily it's only 3 and the TOA loves it some climbing!!!
